Guest Studio for 2 I Private I Self Contained I Near Cardiff
This groovy little hideaway is nestled in Penarth, just 10-min from Cardiff.
The space is part of our home but totally private, with its own entrance and no shared indoor areas. The open-plan studio is on a pedestrian-only path (less than 1-min walk from parking)
Please note our home office is next door, & we work from home most days. The garden is technically shared, but we rarely use it.
Roaming the garden is our super-friendly dog. Sheâs great with everyone & other dogs.
đĄ House Guidelines for a Relaxing Stay
Weâre so excited to host you! đ To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable, respectful, and peaceful environment, here are a few friendly guidelines:
- đ€« Keep noise to a minimum â You have exclusive use of the annexe, but it forms part of the ownerâs home. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
- đ§č Look after the space â Please treat the home with care and help keep it clean and tidy during your stay. We really appreciate it! đ
- đ«đ No food or drinks on the bed â To help keep everything fresh and comfy, please enjoy your meals and snacks in the kitchen or dining area.
- đ No parties or large gatherings â While weâre happy to welcome guests attending weddings or family celebrations nearby, the property itself isn't suitable for parties or big get-togethers. If you're unsure, just askâwe're always happy to help!
- đ Towels are for indoor use only â Kindly avoid taking towels outside the property. It helps keep them soft and clean for everyone! đ§ș
- đ„ Only the booked number of guests may stay â If you'd like to add someone to your booking, just get in touch with us first. Weâll do our best to accommodate.
- đ No smoking indoors â Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Thereâs a private outdoor area with a table and chairs where you're welcome to smokeâjust make sure the door stays closed to keep smoke from drifting inside.
- đ„ No filming or photography is allowed during your stay. If you're interested in using the space for shoots, this is a separate service and can be arranged for an additional fee â just drop us a message!
- đ¶ As dog lovers, we are more than happy to allow you to bring well-behaved pets along for your stay. We kindly ask that guests take a few normal precautions, including cleaning up after their pets even in the yard/garden areas, avoiding leaving them alone at the property, and generally respecting the property, neighbours, and furnishings by keeping them off the beds and furniture and using the dog blanket provided.
- đ§Œ Before you check out, we kindly ask that you leave the property in a generally tidy condition:
- đ§œ Wash any used dishes and return them to the cupboards.
- đïž Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
- âš Our cleaning team will take care of the rest. A standard clean is included in your stay, but excessive mess may result in extra charges.
