Impeccable 3 bedroom, 3 bath residence with incomparable location to Cardiff State Beach and all the town hotspots. Views, rooftop and outdoor/indoor living! The beach is just a scenic ~20 minute walk or a short, effortless drive away, allowing you to bask in the sun, relish the sand, and embrace the ocean's inviting waves.
The Space:
This ultimate vacation home is fully upgraded and incredibly sleek with a perfect layout for families and couples alike. The enchanting primary bedroom on the mail level features a king bed and gleaming en-suite bathroom, with doors that open up to the front outdoor space - a perfect little hideaway. Down the hall on the same main level you will find another beautiful king bedroom with en-suite bath. The third bedroom is on the upper level and also boasts a king bed and adjacent bathroom. Not to mention, there is a huge family/movie room so you have plenty of extra space to lounge. As you walk up to the second floor you will be amazed with the expansive feel of the chef's kitchen with stunning stone island and Viking appliances, alongside the open dining and living space. Complete with warming fireplace, the flawless living space leads to picturesque views of the ocean, palm trees and sunsets. This area seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living as the accordion windows can be fully opened providing an abundance of natural light and crisp, fresh air while offering unmatched vistas. Prepare to dine alfresco with the backdrop of a captivating landscape. While you are on the balcony you can walk up the outdoor, spiral staircase that leads to the spacious rooftop - more scintillating views of the coastline and whitewater! Sit back, BBQ and enjoy those coastal breezes! There is also a laundry room in the house and attached 2-car garage for your convenience! Street parking is also available.

âą This property is a twinhome which means it shares a wall with the neighboring property, but you have your own private entrance. There are 3 stories and stairs on the interior and exterior.
âą The home's living area is 2 stories; however, garage access is on a lower level. âą âą âą âąThere is no elevator, so this home may not be a suitable for everyone. The house does have A/C.
âą As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
âą Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
