Recently updated. Enjoy a complimentary meal at our local Encinitas restaurant with your stay! No parties at all as this is a quiet residential neighborhood and no smoking anywhere on the premises. We had another fantastic weekend at the house in Encinitas. Owners are super responsive (and definitely have a meal at their 101 Diner). Weather wasn't very cooperative but we did get to eat al fresco at the patio table one night. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

Perfect For Group

Stayed here with a group of coworkers for an event we were hosting in the area. The home was perfect. Enough space for everyone, it was clean, and owners were easy to communicate with. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year.

Loved It!

Our stay was perfect. The property was amazing, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was close to the old downtown with wonderful dining and shopping choices. The local markets and beaches were only a minute away and it only took us 20 minutes to get to SeaWorld and to Balboa Park. The property itself was so spacious and beautiful. We cooked, BBQed, and played games as a family comfortably and had plenty of room. We also took advantage of all the outdoor seating and dining area. We had plenty of hot water and the outdoor shower even had warm water. I would highly recommend this place. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed at thus far.

Wonderful hosts and house, everything as advertised. I’m not one to leave reviews usually, but I felt I had to say a few words here. My personal trip had to be interrupted unfortunately, but my friends stayed for the duration and enjoyed it just as I did.

Great stay in Encinitas

We had an excellent weekend stay at the house. It is very roomy, nicely maintained, and otherwise as advertised on the website. The hosts were super communicative. Both Swami's and downtown Encinitas are a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommended!

We had a mother teen son stay for a 3 volleyball camp. Lots of space and room for everyone! We walked into town every day for meals, shopping

House is even better than the pictures

Really great house with a great yard. The main house has great Master, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the carriage house has a queen and two bunk beds downstairs with a full bath. We never needed the upstairs of the carriage house. Lots of neat places to sit and talk. The front garden was a favorite. You DO need to drive to the beach because of the railroad tracks, but Cardiff, San Elijo, Swami’s, and Moonlight are all the same drive time (3min).

Wonderful Property!

We had our family gathering in this home. What a wonderful home to host a family! Lots of space, 2 yards to play/sit in, a nice outbuilding/ADU that had all its own facilities, and everything was provided in the home we needed (and for the nearby beaches!). Nice neighborhood, and great access to both Swami beach and Moonlight Beach, and in-between the towns of Encinitas and Cardiff, so easy access to restaurants, etc. A great home at a great value!!

Great for a big group

We met here with two families for getaway from the heat of Phoenix and Vegas. We were able to walk to the beach and shops. Location was great. House had plenty of rooms to sleep for everyone. They included parking pass for beach which was nice. Great communication from the owners

This home was a perfect getaway and exactly as described. Very comfortable for multiple ages of one family and lots of outdoor space to retreat to. The house is close to everything you need in north county. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Setting

We stayed here with family for the weekend of our son's wedding. There were six of us staying at the home and it is very spacious with lots of seating areas inside and out. The beach is just across the highway. Would love to stay at this house again!

Spacious & comfortable home in beautiful Encinitas!

Our stay was truly wonderful. The home was spacious, the yard was beautiful, and the quaint downtown of Encinitas was less than a 10 minute walk away. My only suggestion would be to add a mini bar area and have more kitchen utensils for cooking, making cocktails, etc.

Fun Get Away to Cardiff

The property was beautiful with lots of space. It is in a nice neighborhood with farms stands on Saturday for fresh veggies and bread. Great walking paths along the ocean and fun restaurants nearby. The grocery store was also close for picking up essentials and the owners were super accommodating.

Well-Appointed Home

We really enjoyed staying in this very well-appointed home. It had everything you could want or need. It is obviously well-cared for. Our family enjoyed family meals indoors at the dining table and outdoors in the two seating areas. The fire pit was an unexpected bonus. Many perks in addition to the FABULOUS location!
