Please note: This unit is located on the second floor and requires one flight of stairs to access. The studio does not have a direct view of the river but includes full access to the shared riverside patio.

Rental Policies

Please note there is no cell service in the Redstone area. Due to high demand during peak season, internet service can be very slow and is best utilized for texting only.

This is a smoke-free property. The picnic table in the front by the boulevard is the only designated smoking area on the property.

Pack-n-play available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play are not provided.

To help keep base pricing lower for smaller groups, there is an additional charge for occupancy beyond two adults.
