Captiva Resort Villa 3233 (formerly Tennis Villas) features an open floor plan in the main living area. Located on the top floor for enhanced privacy and scenic potential, this unit boasts a distinctive open loft-style primary bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The main level includes a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom for added convenience. The spacious living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and gather for meals in the welcoming dining area. Step outside to the screened lanai, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The building is elevator-accessible and includes on-site amenities such as a heated pool and BBQ grills. A pay-per-use laundry facility is available on the ground floor. While resort amenities are not included, the breathtaking Captiva beaches are just a short, easy stroll away.

South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public. However, full South Seas Amenities are not available we do provide access to our sister resort, Tween Waters Inn and Marina.
