This newly redecorated two-story condo has beautiful views of the sunset right from the front deck. It is just steps from a beautiful secluded beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
North Captiva is home to four miles of pristine white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound. Even on the busiest of weeks, you will feel like you are on your own private island. Hop on your golf cart and set out to explore! The only transportation on the island is electric golf carts and bicycles!
Experience quiet, laid back “island time”. Be sure to never miss the amazing sunsets. The perfect time to appreciate family and make new friends.
What to do:

‱ Enjoy quiet “Island Time”
‱ Sit with friends at your private Tiki bar, with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
‱ Load the beach cart with beach chairs and boogie boards and have a “beach day”.
‱ Kayak the canals and harbor in search of manatees!
‱ Take your golf cart and tour the island, the south half of the island has a 350-acre nature preserve.
‱ Sit on one of the decks read a book and enjoy the views and the sounds of the ocean.
All rentals include a 4 seat Club Car golf cart.

Sea Turtle Cove features three bedrooms, two baths with sleeping arrangements for 7 people. Each bedroom and living room have Roku TV’s.
Large kitchen with all the necessary kitchen gadgets, and small appliances as well as reverse osmosis so no need to carry heavy water from the mainland and the refrigerator has an ice maker.
Outdoor seating and dining on the ground floor with Tiki bar and BBQ to cook your catch of the day.
This condo is family friendly with plenty of games to entertain with kids’ dinnerware, travel crib, high chair and baby gate.
Laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.

Sea Turtle Cove and The Sandpiper Inn can be available as they are side by side which will increase your space to 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 13 family and or friends.

Absolutely fabulous space and location! This is our third time staying here, first time under new owners. Totally remodeled to give you the perfect beachy vibe. Steps away to beach, fully loaded with all things needed in the kitchen. Great swim pool and hot tub. Property managers were a dream to work with. Will definitely be back. We have stayed at several places on NC, including the other side of this rental and this is the best. Perfect location and perfect setup! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We can't wait to return.

Home Away From Home

We can’t say enough nice things about this house. The location is perfect-steps away from the beach. The house is immaculate and the decor is beautiful. The whole in-house vacuum system is my favorite-it’s right under the kitchen sink! Fantastic!! We used the beach towels and beach bags and all the chairs and umbrellas everyday. It was so convenient to have everything at the house, to be so close to the beach and have a wagon to carry it all. We had plenty of room for two families and throughly enjoyed ourselves for 10 days. They have board/card games to play, each bedroom and living room has a tv and they have two porches to watch the beautiful sunset each night although we recommend to head to the beach to see it. It was quiet and peaceful every night. We have been to North Captiva several times and will continue to do so and will try and stay here again. Our families had the best time for 10 days and we can’t wait to come back!

Island Paradise

Our family and friends had a fantastic vacation! The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun! Our kids used the kayaks and the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were so easy to take to the beach because there was a beach cart that we could put everything in and pull it to the beach. The house is beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back to this Island Paradise for more family memories!
