**Please note that the elevator is currently not operable. Access to the unit will require the use of stairs for the duration of your stay. As mechanical devices, we cannot ensure they will remain functional throughout your stay. Please be aware that refunds will not be provided in case of elevator malfunctions.**



Villa 3131 features a lofted primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, offering privacy and a cozy retreat above the main living space. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area for gathering, and a screened lanai overlooking the landscaped grounds and pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Please note: This is a privately owned condo, and guests do not have access to full South Seas Resort amenities. However, the community pool and beach access are available, and the surrounding area offers plenty of public attractions.
