The villa, bright and tastefully furnished, has the advantage of being totally independent. Located close to the glamorous Piazzetta (500mt/6-8min) and main attractions, it is away from the noise so you can relax in the panoramic garden.

The garden is panoramic and is shaded with direct access from the house. The villa has the advantage of being totally independent (both house and garden) and is equipped with all the necessary comforts.
Despite being very close to the worldly Piazzetta, you are away from the noise and you can relax in the garden enjoying the splendid view of the Capri landscape. Both the supermarket and a pleasant bar, where they make excellent croissants and ice creams are only 30 meters away. However, restaurants and night clubs are very close. What else!
The garden, which enjoys a splendid view of the bay of Marina Piccola and the Certosa di Capri, is perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner or simply for an aperitif at sunset.
The villa consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two joinable beds, a living room with two large sommier beds and a dining table. Two bathrooms with shower, one of which with wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen with all the provisions as well as a breakfast table. In the garden with direct access from the house there are 2 sunbeds, stone benches, garden table with chairs for all guests
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with a baby bed. No pets of any kind are allowed.
Upon arrival you will find the beds ready with pure cotton sheets and with your own set of towels and two pillows per bed. Depending on the season you will find duvets and quilts.
Since this is my home, I reserve the right to select requests. I will reply to your requests within a few hours (taking into account the time zone).
The villa is equipped with WI-FI with unlimited navigation possibilities.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heat pumps. The villa has unlimited Wi-Fi, 1 TV (not very large) with Netflix and smartv, hairdryer, washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas burners, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, kettle, toaster, microwave, breakfast table, and has a complete set of pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, goblets for over 6 people.
Prima e durante la permanenza: sia io che Antonio, il mio house manager (co-host) che vive a Capri, saremo bel lieti di aiutarti nel caso avessi bisogno di assistenza o volessi prenotare un’escursione o organizzare una gita in barca, un noleggio con o senza skipper, un’indicazione per un beach club o ristorante. Ad ogni modo a casa troverai un elenco con indicazione di escursioni, ristoranti, noleggio barche a noleggio, spiagge, beach club etc. Inoltre siamo sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema, anche sanitario, dovesse insorgere durante il soggiorno.
Check-In (dalle 2.00pm-10.00pm): Antonio il mio house manager (co-host), si metterà in contatto con voi per incontravi in Piazzetta e accompagnarvi a casa.
Check-Out deve avvenire prima delle 11.00am e Antonio ed il suo staff prenderanno accordi per concordare in anticipo l’orario.
