* Villa Jovis and villa Lysis are about 800 m walk from the house and are wonderful places where cultural events and concerts are held in the summer
- the Faraglioni and the famous Fontellina beach are about 1.5 km on foot from the house

* security deposit of 500 euros in cash the security deposit will be returned on the day of departure if there is no damage to the structure
