The main block is accessed from the living room, characterized by large windows that give ample brightness to the environment overlooking the Gulf of Pareti. The living room leads to the double bedroom, where adjacent you will find a separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Externally, second double bedroom in the annex and private bathroom. The property is completely independent, the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors. The entire unit develops on the ground floor. Private garden in front of the house, located about 250 meters as the crow flies from the sea and 400 on foot.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
