New independent single-family house of 42 square meters just a few minutes from the beach of Pareti, on the southern coast of the island, in the municipality of Capoliveri
Outside there is a delightful pergola where you can eat and relax in company surrounded by the sea and the mountains.
There are also deckchairs for sunbathing outside available to customers.
Reserved parking space.
The property is 15 km from the port of Portoferraio and 2 km from the center of Capoliveri
We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Newly built single-family house of 42 square meters, independent with splendid sea view, a few minutes walk from the beach of Pareti, in the municipality of Capoliveri, on the southern coast of the island, perfectly equipped.
Two-room apartment 3 beds, independent with a large outdoor area equipped for your moments of relaxation.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a very spacious double bedroom with sofa bed for a third bed and a bathroom with shower. The exterior of the house allows you to eat outside under a pergola and rest comfortably.
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (for groups of guys)
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of ⏠50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of ⏠30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- The rental of the apartment must take place for a maximum of 2 adults plus a child up to 12 years old
