Ground-floor apartment facing North-East, in a cool and breezy position with a full view of the Gulf of Stella, ideal for a family or two couples. It consists of an entrance with dining area and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with window, shower box, and bidet.
Outside, there is a covered area with a porch, equipped for outdoor dining. A barbecue and outdoor shower are also available, perfect for enjoying summer days. A quiet, practical, and welcoming accommodation to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Important Notes:

- security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM)
