The apartament is located a quarter of an hour's drive from the most beautiful towns of Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. It is 10 minutes from the center of Capoliveri. If necessary, you can also use the bus with a stop 150 meters away. It is also the ideal place for lovers of nature and tranquility, immersed in the green of a large garden with centuries-old pine trees and close to various coves that preserve the charm of authentic Elba: Felciaio 2 km away, Felciaio 3 km away, Zuccale and Barabarca .

Located on the first floor and consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms and a large terrace with garden furniture. On request it is possible to add a cot for a child (to be requested at least 7 days in advance).

Important Notes:
- no groups of Young People under 21 years are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros, to be confirmed in advance of booking
- deposit (mandatory): 200,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- in the external space of the apartment or in the common areas of the house, parking for external vehicles of unregistered guests is prohibited

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
