Capitola Village Beach Cottage Living!
Summary:
Location, location, location! Right across from the river walk, a short walk to the beach, village shops, restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. This open space cottage sleeps up to 4 comfortably. There is a SEMI-private sleeping room with a queen bed and pull-out double bed sofa. This quaint cottage includes a full kitchen and a private deck with electric BBQ.
Note, this is an open space room so you will be sleeping in close proximity!
The Space:
The first of two attached cottages. Enter Unit A through the private walk. This unit offers you a private patio with an electric bbq. Enter into the cottage to find an eating area and kitchen that is fully stocked to prepare meals on the vintage stovetop and oven. The bathroom is at the back of the cottage. There is a brand new heater to keep the entire space comfortably warm at night. At the front you will find the living space to include a fold out couch and the attached bedroom that is open to the living room. The living room includes cross seating for games and a tv.
Guest Access:
We will provide you with check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. There will be a keypad on the front door for easy check in and guests can arrive at their convenience.
The Neighborhood:
This cozy cottage is located right across from the river walk and only a short walk to the beach, village shops, restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. You can take a five-minute walk up to Gayle's Bakery for their signature locally roasted coffee or grab a sweet treat from the case. It is truly the perfect location for central access to all!
Two Units Available, Unit A is also available for rent in this duplex and can be rented out for more space for the family- Ask for details!
Getting Around:
We are in walking distance to the village, the wharf and both beaches.
All parts of Capitola and the surrounding beaches are accessible by bike-bring them with you or secure a rental and enjoy sightseeing on two wheels.
PARKING: Parking can be difficult in Capitola Village! There is only ONE shared private parking space for Units A&B, so parking is not guaranteed. There is public street parking on Bluegum and also a public parking lot across the street on Capitola Avenue. For more information about parking please refer to the City of Capitola's webpage for parking and map information!
Other Things to Note:
We love your furry friends too! Well behaved pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Fee must be paid in advance. Pets are not to be left unattended in the property unless in a crate (and only if your pet does not bark in the crate) and under no circumstances are pets allowed on beds or furniture.
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided.
