Villa Balmoral 14 offers a luxurious accommodation experience with its
well-appointed 6 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 both feature
comfortable King beds with en-suite bathrooms, while Bedroom 2 and
Bedroom 4 provide Queen beds with en-suite bathrooms. For additional
convenience, Bedroom 5 comes with a Double bed and an en-suite
bathroom.
Bedroom 6 completes the array of choices with a Queen bed and an
en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with Bathroom
1 offering an en suite experience with a shower, bath, and toilet, and
the remaining en suite bathrooms (Bathrooms 2 through 5) featuring a

The Villa has a plethora of amenities to ensure a relaxing and

high-speed internet access. Your vehicles will be safe in secure
parking behind controlled gates. while the private outdoor pool calls
for a refreshing dip. The facility is family-friendly and created with
your comfort in mind, and it has a strict no-smoking policy indoors. An
outside braai area is available. Bloubergstrand also offers a variety
of fun activities.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 14 Balmoral Road, West Beach, Cape Town

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
