The apartment features an open plan design of the living space which
includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine
for your convenience, a dining area seating 4 guests and a cozy lounge
fitted with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the living space is a
gorgeous patio/garden area with outside furniture where you can sit and
enjoy the serenity of the outdoors. The apartment is in a secure
complex with remote control access and provides access to a swimming
pool as well as braai facilities. The stylish bedroom in this unit
offers a comfy queen size bed with fresh linen. The immaculate bathroom
includes a shower, toilet, basin and clean towels.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at The Terraces, Century City.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
