Hill 3 is a welcoming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of this
sought-after suburb.
Boasting a prime location near the beachfront, guests can start their
day with spectacular ocean views while the refreshing sea salt air and
gently crashing waves awaken their senses. The apartment boasts an open
plan main living area, consisting of a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen
(with a dishwasher and washing machine), a cosy dining area and a
lounge. Whether whipping up a delicious meal, relaxing on the couch
while enjoying a good movie, or taking in a Cape Town sunset from the
balcony, guests will have all they need for a perfect holiday!
The bedrooms are spacious and stylishly furnished to reflect the areaâs
tranquil vibe. The master bedroom has a double bed, balcony access and
an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has 2x single
beds (pushed together), accessing the apartmentâs shared bathroom
fitted with a shower.
Known as a surfing and kitesurfing hotspot, visitors are welcome to
dive into the water or kick back on the sun-warmed sand and watch the
water daredevils do their thing. Bloubergstrand also offers an array of
restaurants, bars, coffee shops and food trucks to enjoy day or night.
If youâre ready to explore a bit more of the Mother City, the MyCiTi
bus route offers an affordable and safe way to travel around Cape Town
while meeting locals (we're a friendly bunch). With comfort, adventure

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 4 Hill Road Bloubergstrand
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
