Green Point. The apartment is tastefully decorated with luxurious
finishes and furnishing throughout. The building features a communal
pool deck and gym area, access control, and secure parking. Located
within walking distance of Cape Town Stadium, the V&A Waterfront, Green
Point Park, and the Sea Point Promenade. Table Mountain and the famous
beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay and just a scenic 10-15 minute drive
away.
The Space:
This designer 3-bedroom apartment seems to emulate the eclectic soul of
Cape Town. The layout is spacious with an open-plan kitchen, dining,
and lounge area opening onto a large balcony. The main bedroom features
a King bed and the other 2 bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds.
There are 2 lush bathrooms with walk-in showers and one has a separate
lux bathtub.
