B104 Sea Spray is the perfect vacation rental for travellers who want
to take in breathtaking surroundings from a private and self-catering
environment. It combines relaxed seaside living with elegant luxury.
The apartment has a studio bedroom, a living area, a flat-screen
satellite TV, a kitchen that is fully furnished, and 1 bathroom with a
shower. Visitors can sip sundowners on the balcony, which offers
stunning views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the wide ocean.
Wi-Fi connectivity is also offered, in addition to safe parking. The
Sea Spray building provides coin-operated laundry facilities, a public
swimming pool with sun loungers, a braai area with a seating area and
24-hour security with remote-controlled entry.
Bloubergstrand is a terrific vacation spot with lots of kid-friendly
attractions, enticing beaches, and outstanding restaurants and cafes
that are either oceanfront or found inside retail malls. The suburb's
close proximity to the attractive West Coast is perfect for travellers
who want to explore more of the seashore, while the main center of Cape
Town is only a 15-minute drive away.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
