C403 Ocean View is a spacious 2 Bedroom apartment, situated in a secure complex with easy access to the world famous Blouberg beach. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by the sight and sounds of the Ocean just across the street.
The fully equipped kitchen is to the left as you enter and comes standard with all you need. Toaster, kettle, microwave, undercounts oven and Ceram hob with extractor, there is also a fridge freezer combo as well as a dishwasher and enough cutlery, crockery, utensils and pots and pans for those who prefer to stay in and cook
The dining-room is next with the dining room table comfortably seating 4 people with place for and extra 2 if need be. The lounge offers a comfortable 3 seater or 2 seater sofa while you snuggle up and watch your favorite Netflix Show on the smart TV. The smart TV does have the DSTV app installed, all that is require is you own login details. C403 Ocean View also offers WiFi throughout the apartment.
The main Bedroom has big sliding window which virtually invites the ocean view right into the bedroom. The queen bed will make for a comfortable nights rest. There is plenty of cupboard space and an En-suite bathroom where you will find a shower, basin and toilet.
In the second bedroom you will find the 2 3/4 beds and again plenty of cupboards space. The second bathroom offers a shower over bath, basin and toilet and also has a washing machine.
For those who like to have their breakfast outside. the balcony offers a 4 seater patios set again with breathtaking views of the ocean and Table Mountain.
