been looking for! Milnerton - a long-time favourite of locals and
international visitors - boasts stunning beaches, top-quality
restaurants, and a variety of activities to excite all ages.
Travellers can relax in style and admire the picture-perfect view of
Table Mountain in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This spacious
apartment can accommodate 4 guests and boasts two floors with a fully
equipped kitchen, 6-seater dining area and lounge with a large
flat-screen TV with DSTV dominating the ground floor. The main living
area flows effortlessly to a patio and garden with casual seating and a
weber braai - the perfect spot for entertaining guests or simply
relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book!
Both bedrooms are upstairs, offering privacy from the living area. The
main bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom with
a shower, and balcony access with spectacular ocean views. The second
bedroom has 2 single beds and a large window allowing plenty of natural
light, accessing the shared bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower and
the shared guest toilet.
Not merely a stunning temporary home, the complex includes free WiFi, 3
swimming pools and a golf course within walking distance. When you're
ready to explore, the outstretched beachfront is a short walk away with

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
