located in the beautiful mother city of Cape Town, just a short
distance from Bloubergstrands popular beaches. The luxury one-bedroom
apartment boasts spectacular ocean views with a combination of modern
aesthetics and tranquil coastal comfort. The apartment is also equipped
with an inverter to support uninterrupted WiFi and TV.
Staying at this apartment means you are centrally located, from
top-quality beachfront restaurants, trendy bars, and watersport
facilities and if you want to venture out a bit further the nearby bus
services will take you to surrounding areas such as Cape Townâs City
Centre, Sea Point, Camps Bay and more.
This open-plan apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with
everything you need to whip up your favourite dishes, a cozy lounge and
dining area as well as a gorgeous undercover balcony with braai
facilities and outdoor furniture where you can sit for hours taking in
the breathtaking views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. The single
bedroom boasts a comfy queen size bed with luxury bedding and large
windows allowing for an abundance of natural light into the space. The
bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin and toilet and includes fresh
towels with your stay.
You are guaranteed a memorable stay at Manhattan on Coral and will

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 100 Coral Rd, West Beach.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
