Welcome to our lovely, fully furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom
apartment overlooking Intaka island - The green lung at the heart of
Century City's hustle and bustle. Renowned for its abundance of
wildlife and unparalleled views of breathtaking wetlands juxtaposed by
its proximity to warehouses and residential pockets. Located just 12km
from Cape Town city centre with direct access to Canal Walk & Intaka
Island.
The space:
Light and simplistic, with modern finishes, this two-bedroom unit
boasts a fully equipped kitchen leading onto a living-cum-dining-area.
The dining area is comfortable, seating four and it opens out onto a
balcony with staggering views of the Intaka wetlands. Both Bedrooms
offer plush Queen beds with en-suite bathrooms while 24-hour security
and secure parking allow for added peace of mind.
Other amenities include:
Uncapped wifi.
Netflix.
Covered secure parking bay.
Secure manned access control.
Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
