Mile, offering a well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment
providing the perfect combination of luxury and comfort.
Take full advantage of the sizeable, fully equipped kitchen which
includes a dishwasher and all your culinary necessities which looks
onto a very inviting lounge area with a cozy couch and a flat screen
TV. Enjoy your favourite meals at the intimate dining space that
accommodates four guests, which leads out onto a stylish undercover
patio area with outdoor furniture and gas barbeque facilities, all
while overlooking an area with convenient lift access.
The well appointed bedrooms ensure to provide a well deserved peaceful
nights rest. The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, access to the
patio as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower while the second
bedroom offers a double bed and utilizes a shared bathroom with a
bath.
Make the most of the on-site amenities which include a heated pool area
with a steam room, a gym, a day spa, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a
convenience store, and a hairdresser or venture out and enjoy the
majestic 5-kilometer-long white beach, the shoreline is lined with a
promenade featuring a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops, while
nearby attractions include Melkbaai Beach, Dune Park with its super
tube and mini-golf, and Harmony Park with its expansive tidal pool. For
the sports enthusiasts there are an internationally rated golf course
to tennis courts, rugby fields, squash clubs, and exciting water sports
like board sailing, surfing, power boating, and paddle skiing. The area
is particularly popular among surfers, thanks to "The Pipe," a
designated surfing spot renowned for its excellent waves.
Additional features offered to guests include two dedicated secure
parking bays and 24-hour security in the building, internet access as
well as linen and towels provided for your stay.
The apartment is conveniently located just a 30-minute drive from the
airport and 10 minutes from Somerset West Mall, the scenic Stellenbosch
and the world-famous wine routes.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Hibernian Tower, Beach Rd, Strand, Cape Town, 7139.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
