This stunning, light and airy Grecian-themed apartment sits a step from Clifton 2nd Beach - making it the perfect base for exploring the best of Cape Town.
The 30-square-meter balcony offers uninterrupted panoramic ocean views as well as glimpses of other Clifton beaches, Camps Bay, and the 12 Apostles Landscape.
The neighbourhood is synonymous with Cape Town's cafe culture, coffee, music, and summer activities. It is just a 5 minute drive from Camps Bay promenade and
buzzing Sea Point.
The Space:
The open-plan lounge and living space are beautifully designed leading to the spacious balcony with a magnificent view.
The master bedroom captures an enchanting sunset at dusk and has a lovely sea view in the daytime. It has large sliding doors that lead out to the expansive balcony with sweeping views.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and an office desk.
The brand-new kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, smoothie machine and other essentials.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious high pressure shower, bath-tub, heated towel rack and lotâs of mirrors. Basic shower amenities are provided.
