single induction cooker for your convenience, ensuring you enjoy a
basic self-catering stay. The dining area features a wooden dining
table for two, creating an intimate setting for meals.
The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed with a nightstand, a
large wardrobe, and a mounted flat-screen television with access to
streaming services such as Netflix for your entertainment. Guests will
enjoy internet access throughout the property. The bathroom is fitted
with a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin with a bathroom cabinet and
vanity, as well as a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your
stay.
Eden on the Bay is located on the Big Bay beachfront in Bloubergstrand,
Cape Town. This family-friendly shopping centre is largely open-air and
perfectly compliments your stay. A firm favourite among holiday-goers

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Blvd, Big Bay, Cape Town.
