that combines comfort and elegance. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal
for whipping up meals, complete with a kitchen counter for casual
dining. Relax in the cozy lounge area, which includes a flat-screen TV
for your entertainment needs. Large glass sliding doors open to a
generously sized balcony that offers spectacular views of the Big Bay
area. Furnished with plush outdoor seating and a gas braai (barbecue),
itâs the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Cape Townâs stunning sunsets.
The inviting, stylish bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and
features an en-suite bathroom. The modern bathroom is well-appointed
with a shower, bath, basin, and toilet, ensuring a comfortable and
relaxing stay.
The apartment includes a sleeper couch in the lounge, suitable for up
to 2 guests under the age of 12. For your convenience, secure parking,
internet access, and all necessary linen and towels are provided.

This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
