will find this sleek two-bedroom apartment in Bloubergstrand. This home
comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the airy feel of the
space, featuring an open plan design. The kitchen is fully equipped
with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, with a
dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine included for added
convenience. The counter is fitted with four barstools, creating an
intimate sitting area.
The kitchen leads to the open-plan dining and lounge area. The dining
area features a large wooden table with seating for up to eight people.
The lounge is thoughtfully furnished with plush sofas and a mounted
flatscreen television providing you with DStv and Netflix. Guests will
also have access to the internet throughout the property. Sliding doors
open to the balcony, boasting spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining set with seating for
four as well as a Weber braai, the perfect space for entertaining.
The property includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom
is fitted with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the
other bedroom features a king-size bed and a shared bathroom. The
en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double basins
with vanity, and a toilet, while the shared bathroom features a
washbasin with vanity, a shower, and a toilet. Linen and towels are
provided with your stay.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
