offers comfort, convenience, and entertainment. The apartment is
situated in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town and is walking distance from the
beach with breath-taking views of Table Mountain and the ocean.
As you enter the apartment there will be a calm and welcoming
atmosphere thanks to the neutral, light tones, fashionable décor, and
open plan layout. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with
a centre island comfortably seating four guests which acts as a
separation between the kitchen and lounge. The cozy lounge area
includes a flat screen tv, fast Wi-Fi and leads out onto a stunning
balcony with a gas braai and comfy outdoor furniture where you can take
in the spectacular views.
The well-appointed bedroom offers guests a comfortable queen size bed,
sufficient cupboard space and includes an en-suite bathroom with a
shower, bath, toilet and vanity, towels and linen will be provided for
your convenience.
Nearby restaurants such as âThe Blue Peterâ is great for the whole
family. Thereâs a large grass area for the kids to play, live music for
everyone to enjoy, and delicious drinks and meals to enjoy. Table Bay
Nature Reserve is perfect for nature lovers. It offers walking and bird
watching activities. Bloubergstrand Beach is a great option for those
wanting a more relaxing or adventurous experience.

youâre guaranteed a memorable stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
