you will find this cosy studio apartment on the 5th floor that
comfortably accommodates up to two guests. Tucked between the vibrant
neighborhoods of Green Point and Sea Point, Three Anchor Bay is a
hidden gem often missed by visitors. Its seamless blend with its
neighboring suburbs only adds to its charm and unique appeal.
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the open-plan design
of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for
a comfortable self-catering stay, as well as a front-loading washing
machine for added convenience. The living space is fitted with a comfy
sofa with a side table, coffee table, and a TV cabinet with a
flatscreen television, creating the ideal spot for relaxing and
entertaining. Guests will enjoy internet access throughout the
property.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed fitted with plush bedding, and
the room also features a built-in wardrobe with ample storage space.
Enjoy a lovely street view from the bedroom window. The bathroom is
equipped with a washbasin with vanity, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

Clifton. This upmarket suburb features a popular beach for sea kayakers

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 213 Main Rd, Three Anchor Bay, Cape Town, 8005.Â
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
