The Space:
This beautiful apartment is located right above the beach in the sought-after suburb, Clifton.

The light and open spaces offer a place for relaxation and seaside bliss. Enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the incredible sunsets. You can also take a quick walk out of the building right onto the beach.

The furnishings are plush and comfortable and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a wonderful time in Cape Town.

The master bedroom has magical sea views and an en-suite bathroom. Lie in bed, with the sound of the waves. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, with partial sea views and a dedicated bathroom.

Such a great property with amazing views!

It was our third time at this property which is so great : amazing views, beach right in front of us, quietness, walk to Camp beach in 20 mns where so find very nice restaurants... Walk to Cape Town and Victoria waterfront in 2 ks to the Promenade... Everything I see just perfect!

Stunning sunsets and beach views. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay at the condo. There was construction going on in the building itself; which the owners warned us about before we started our stay. The condo was very clean and had beach access to Clifton. Overall, it was a great stay!

A nice rental condo... don't expect any personal touches the place is stripped no books on the shelves nothing personal. that being said the setting is spectacular and the comfortable. Being a full time rental it is showing some age but in generally good shape. The issue was management. They do not communicate very well and we only saw one person during our stay on check in. One set of keys for two cars and six people was challenging. They kept saying they stopped by but we never found the keys. Finally the man who lived in the garage gave us two keys but did not have one to the security gate. Anyway solid location and solid accomodation but the management is a bit weak.

Magical Location

Cape Town is one of the great cities of the world and Clifton Beach is one of its highlights. This apartment is right above Clifton one and the views are astounding. The apartment is well appointed but the highlight is opening the doors, listening to the ocean in the master bedroom and living space and watching the sunset from this spectacular spot. Highly recommended for getting away from the daily hassles of the world.

Great Stay!

Lovely time at this lovely unit. Prime location in Clifton. Outside the hustle and bustle of Camps Bay. Nox was great to work with. Contacted me several days prior to arrival. Was able to communicate with them via WhatsApp the whole time. They were able to accommodate a late check out sorta last minute. The actual unit is quite spectacular. Very open with lots of windows and natural light. Can take in the whole beach. Easy access to the beach right from the building. Spectacular sun sets.
