Welcome to One Thibault, a designer studio in the CBD that DOES NOT EXPERIENCE LOADSHEDDING! This apartment is located in Cape Town's walkable urban centre which is a treasure trove of trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and boutique stores. The studio has a modern aesthetic with warm touches. Enjoy breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the city, just steps from the Cape Town International Conference Centre (CTICC), the V&A Waterfront, and the Cape Town Stadium.
The space
One Thibault is an architectural icon with beautiful cityscape views from every angle. The building has been renovated from the inside while retaining its historic exterior facade. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the warmth and trendy vibe of the area. This business-rich city node is also not foreign to buzzing cultural parades nearby, such as colorful music and jazz festivals.
The unit includes a mini kitchen, a queen-sized bed, a shower, and a sitting area plus a TV equipped with Netflix.
The Building does not experience load shedding.
