The villa features its own swimming pool, braai room, bar, outdoor dining area, separate 1-bedroom cottage & boma.

The villa is so central, allowing our guests to experience the best of Mother City living from the foot of Table Mountain.

The accomodation consists of:
Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom: King size bed - Built in cupboards and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: Queen size bed - Built in cupboards and Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom: Double bed - Built in cupboards and Smart TV.
Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom: Two single beds with ensuite bathroom which is interleading with a loft dormitory which is perfect for kids and houses four single beds.
Loft Dormitory (interleading with bedroom 4): Features 4 single beds and a TV - perfect for kids NB the loft room shares Bedroom 4's ensuite bathroom.

The villa also includes a full 1-bedroom cottage which features its own kitchen, dining area, lounge (with a sleeper couch), bathroom and a single bedroom with a double bed.

The house is also equipped with solar panels, gas geysers and back up battery power supply ensuring that your holiday is not interrupted by load shedding. Secured with alarm and electric fence.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property

We typically check guest in and then leave guests to it unless we receive noise complaints from neighbours (the properties also have smart noise monitors installed. Due to the size of Adriatica and the neighbouring property Adriatica we have a full time groundsman and cleaner who move between the properties keeping things clean and assisting guests where required.

Vredehoek is a suburb of Cape Town, South Africa located in the City Bowl, on the slopes of Table Mountain, between Devil's Peak Estate and Oranjezicht.

There are a series of community amenities such as parks, restaurants, cafes, a library and access to walking trails on the Table Mountain for the public in Vredehoek.

The Gardens Centre Shopping Mall is 2 minutes from the cottage. Vredehoek boasts easy access to the city and attractions such as the Table mountain, the V & A waterfront and beaches.

Plenty of parking available on street (N.b. Vredehoek is a city centre suburb, please dont leave valuables in your vehicle).

Our cottage is located less than 50 metres from a MyCiti bus station - the cottage is also within walking distance of Gardens shopping centre, tourist attractions and entertainment venues. Uber's are always readily available
