Blouberg Heights 406 provides lodging for up to four people in Cape
Town and is part of the Blouberg Heights complex. The location is

This 2-bedroom apartment may accommodate up to 4 people for a memorable
visit. This apartment has a welcoming, fashionable decor and design
that guests will like, as well as contemporary conveniences like
unrestricted Wi-Fi connectivity and Netflix access via a flat-screen
TV. A king-sized bed is in the main bedroom, which also has a
queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is very roomy. There is a third
bathroom available for visitors in addition to the facilities found in
each of the bedrooms. Guests may use the apartment's fully functional
kitchen throughout their stay, or they may order in from one of the
numerous nearby eateries that offer delivery. For sunset eating, pick
from a range of beachfront eateries along Blouberg's promenade.

Bloubergstrand provides visitors with a variety of sights and
activities in addition to its stunning beaches and breathtaking vistas.
It is a practical base when exploring the Cape due to its near
proximity to the City Center. There are numerous restaurants in
Bloubergstrand, where you may eat delicious food and take in the views
and sunset.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2A Sir David Baird Drive, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
