suburb of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town, you will be centrally located to
some of the best seaside attractions. Blouberg boasts well-known
restaurants, beachside bars, stunning beaches as well as shopping malls
close by where you will find everything you need in all one place. The
popular Blue Peter restaurant is within walking distance from the
accommodation where you can sit on the lush lawns while sipping your
drinks, enjoying a great meal and admiring the beautiful beach right in
front of you as well as the most spectacular sunsets. On windier days
you will find all the kite surfers flocking to the ocean which is quite
a site to experience. The city centre is only about 30 minutes away
where you can spend hours exploring the city and all its attractions.
The interior of this unit exudes modern simplicity allowing for instant
relaxation upon entering. The open plan living space offers its guests
a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy lounge with a flat
screen TV. Large sliding windows provide the most spectacular views of
the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain as well as allows for an
abundance of natural light and the fresh sea breeze to enter the space.
The sizeable bedroom includes a comfy king size bed with sufficient
cupboard space and a table top mounted under the window with two chairs
where you can sit and take in your surrounding from the comfort of the
bedroom. The immaculate bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and
basin atop a vanity.
This secure complex with controlled access is in the perfect spot to
enjoy the perfect self-catering getaway. Free wifi, fresh towels and
crisp linen are all included in your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2A Sir David Baird Drive, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
