The modernly designed kitchen is fully equipped with everything you
need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay, including ample storage
and countertop space. The island features two barstools, creating an
intimate seating area. The living room is furnished with a large sofa
with accent pillows, a single armchair, a coffee table, and a TV
cabinet that houses a mounted flat-screen television as well as
internet access throughout the property.
Sliding doors open onto the patio a dining set with seating for four,
which is the perfect spot to spend quality time with friends or family.
Outside, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, Braai area by the
pool and other exciting on-site activities like tennis, putt-putt,
squash and playground for children.
The property boasts two charming bedrooms. The main bedroom is
furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features one
single bed and a Ÿ bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub,
washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with
your stay.
Big Bay is renowned for its stunning beaches, particularly featuring
thrilling water sports like surfing, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. For
those looking for a more relaxing stay, Big Bay has a wonderful

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
