a plush double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Linen and towels are provided.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes
modern appliances such as a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and
espresso machine. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or step outside
to the private garden area for an al fresco dining experience.

Beach Break Two offers a range of amenities for your convenience,
including internet access, and secure parking behind a remote gate in
the complex. Guests can also enjoy access to on-site facilities such as
a braai area for outdoor cooking.

Table View is renowned for its beautiful beach which is 300m away,
where you can enjoy activities such as fishing, swimming, surfing, and
bird watching. Take a stroll along the seafront road and admire the
picturesque views of Table Mountain or watch as locals fly colourful
kites on windy days.

For those seeking adventure, Table View offers a host of activities,
including surfing lessons and sandboarding photoshoots. Animal lovers
can visit the SANCCOB Seabird Rehabilitation Centre to learn about
conservation efforts for endangered species like the African penguin.
Explore the Table View Nature Reserve at Rietvlei or indulge in some

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 2 Beach Break, 2 Birkenhead Rd, Table View, Cape Town, 7550.
