convenient route to the busy Cape Town City Centre as well as to the
wonderful West Coast which offers many quaint towns and breathtaking
nature reserves. This beachfront complex provides easy access to an
entertainment district with enticing restaurants. Furthermore, Eden on
the Bay gives immediate access to the Big Bay beach where you can take
a stroll and watch as surfers and kite surfers amaze you with their
skills on the waves.
This one bedroom apartment has a tastefully decorated open plan
kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The apartment includes a safe in the
bedroom. On a Summer day, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the
communal pool and sunbathe on the extensive deck. Secure parking is
available in the basement.
When you feel the desire to explore the surrounding area, you will be
pleased to know that the apartment complex is just a minute's walk away
from the Eden on the Bay shopping complex. Less than 200m from Azure is
a MyCiti bus stop, offering you a hassle-free travelling experience to
the other attractions of Bloubergstrand and beyond.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 1006 Otto du Plessis Drive, Big Bay
