Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly (via email or text message) to verify yourself and finalise the process. The process will require you to choose between an upfront refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable payment towards your damage waiver to complete your verification process. These will be an additional charge over and above the accommodation booked. The Property Manager reserves the right to charge an extra Damage Deposit amount on any booking and/or to cancel a booking should the guest refuse to complete the verification process.

A member of our team will meet you at the reception desk for your check-in on-boarding to begin. Once all guests who are staying at the unit are loaded on the building's system (with Biometric details loaded), you will be taken up to the apartment and shown around the unit.
