Your Dream 4 Bedroom Vacation Villa w Pool

Everything you could want and more!

Beautiful Salt Water Pool, very private home, large yard. Beach is a short 4 mile drive, TownBank Bay a little over 2 miles away and centrally located to all.

Our property is a non-smoking home, pet-friendly, with a dog run, fenced yard and outdoor shower.

A private office with desk, chair and printer off the master suite. In addition, we have installed a new large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, new dishwasher, new water softener and filtration system. The finishing touch is the installation of Bidets to the toilets.

NEW FOR 2024 -- 4 Cape May Beach Tags!

Outdoor furniture has been updated with a new dining table, 4 chaise lounges to go along with the previous table and chairs.

Linens and bath towels are not provided due to COVID. Linens may be rented from Linen Ladies and Sea Dreams Cape May.

During peak season, June 17, 2023 through September 30, 2023 reservations must be from Saturday through Saturday. If other days of the week are booked, the reservation will be declined.

Our entire family had a very enjoyable week at this home.Check in was extremely easy and the home was exactly as described. There was helpful information/ instructions in the home. The hosts were great - extremely helpful and responsive. The pool and backyard were great - very relaxing. Excellent location- close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you need. Pool and beach equipment were available along with beach tags which we truly appreciated. We highly recomment this property and would definitely stay there again.

The check-in process was very simple and quick. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and deck areas were lovely with plenty of seating. There was a problem with the ice maker. Parts needed to.be ordered, but the manager quickly offered a cooler and ice.Our family enjoyed the 2nd year vacation even more than lsst year's.

Nice, clean, quiet getaway. Short drive to many points of interest.

Slept our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 teenage girls) comfortably, even with just 2 bathrooms the outdoor shower. We were also able to all eat our meals together at one table which is something you don't see often when VRBO listings claim to be able to accommodate larger groups. The kitchen was spacious and offered all the necessary amenities. The house is close to Acme grocery which was very convenient. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking hours through Washington commons. It was the perfect temperature and always clean. The jetted bathtub in the master bath we also a nice feature after a long day out and about. There were 10 beach towels, a beach wagon, and beach umbrella that were all available to us as well. The beds were comfortable and there were TVs in every bedroom. I believe the house is on well/septic so keep in mind the lack of a sink disposal and low water pressure if you are accustomed to those things. The tankless hot water had no problem keeping up with simultaneous hot water demand.The HVAC was perfectly set and balanced throughout all areas of the entire house. We never had to touch or adjust the thermostat. Second stay even better than the first

We can't say enough about this amazing vacation villa. We just arrived home from our second stay at this VRBO for a family vacation. This villa feels like home, and you can feel how loved it is. The new beach towels are very nice. The Beach Tags for the week were a fun surprise and saved us that cost which was much appreciated. The large kitchen and dining room table are terrific and made making meals together so fun. The living room is perfect for family movie time and the den by the pool came in handy for watching TV in there too. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The best is the huge private backyard and in-ground pool. Pictures do not do it justice. The new patio furniture is incredible. The neighborhood is very quiet and only 10 mins from the sound, ocean and shopping. The location is perfect. We can't wait to stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time . The house is beautiful and has lots of room. The pool was really nice and was heated , so it was like a bathtub. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

A great family retreat!

The house had everything we needed for a family (especially with smaller kids). The rooms are spacious and the one floor layout made it easier with having toddlers crawling around. The house was clean and well stocked. The added beach chairs, beach toys, and pool toys were a great bonus! The house is also in the perfect location - less than 10 minutes to almost anything in Cape May! The hosts were very responsive and so nice. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful family reunion spot!

The house more than met our expectations! We 6 were part of a small family reunion. The big house gave us space to get away from the crowd but also ample room to enjoy each other’s company. Everything worked out perfectly. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Early risers could grab coffee and go to the sunroom to catch up and not wake others up. Same with late-nighters! Maybe the best part was the beautiful warm pool. Most of the family stayed in the warm water during a very hot humid week. The many tv’s kept us updated with Olympics news all week. Cape May offers so much for families - shopping, restaurants, beaches. We couldn’t do it all, but we managed to squeeze in lots of activities. We hope to do another family reunion back there again next year.

Great for Family

The property is private.The house is nicely decorated, roomy, and well stocked. The deck, pool area, and pool itself are delightful. You can't help feeling relaxed and peaceful. It is nice to be close enough to the beach but far enough away from the crowds. We recommend you give it a try.

Fantastic family friendly vacation home

Perfect family vacation home with great bedroom configurations, open kitchen / dining, TV room and the studio-office space off the master bedroom. We loved relaxing on the back deck or in the yard, watching the kids swim in the pool, and use the grill for evening bbq’s. We really appreciated the beach items also, especially the wagon. Our hosts were wonderful, so responsive & accommodating. It was also a great location to explore the area and try a bunch of different beaches. Thank you, we will be back!

The perfect family beach vacation home!

If you are looking for the perfect home to enjoy a family beach vacation. Look no further. This is a well-maintained, family-friendly home that is loved. The home is on a beautiful wooded lot with lots of parking (could fit 4-5 vehicles easily). 10 mins to ocean or bay beaches (love Sunset Beach). Beach badge for beaches (week) is only $20. Big bedrooms and beds are incredibly comfortable. The master bedroom has a large office that could be used as another kids room if needed (the kids room has three beds). Adult bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) can each fit a bassinet or pack n play too. The closets in the bedrooms are huge. The quilts for the beds are lightweight so bring a blanket/comforter if desired. Pillows are comfy. Central air was efficient and can be adjusted. It was nice to have two full baths and outside shower was convenient. The water pressure was great and water temperature was nice and hot. The open floor plan in the kitchen, dining room, and living room is perfect for great conversation and laughs. The back yard with pool are the highlight. Lots of outdoor seating with chairs, small tables, 4 loungers, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a tall table with 4 bar-stool chairs- the lighted umbrella was cool at night. The gas grill worked great and was so fun to cook on! A MUST- pay to have the pool heated for your stay. With the pool heated to 80, the temperature for evening swim was divine. The built in benches in the pool’s shallow end are terrific. Can’t wait to return ♄

Nice house with super clean pool

We loved our stay. The house is plenty big enough for our family of 7. We spent most of our time in the pool and fenced in backyard. The kitchen is nice and had most of what we needed for cooking utensils (no regular coffee maker and few serving bowls/platters). Short drive to the beach, restaurants, breweries.

Highly recommend

We came here to celebrate a family birthday. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were accommodating and responded quickly to our inquiries. The house is spacious and the pool is beautiful (but cold — ask in advance for it to be heated). It is a central location for all activities in Cape May. We would definitely come back.

Perfect beach getaway

The home is convenient to everything Cape May offers and away from the overpriced beach properties. It is very clean, the beds were new and comfortable, and the backyard pool made the mid afternoon break from the beach heat unbeatable. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Always available and generous. We will be repeat customers.
