Beautiful house - beautifully decorated. Loved the tile work and high ceilings. The house was stocked with beach towels, bath towels, bikes, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc
. We loved the pool and spa pool. It was the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping/Washington Street Mall. 10/10. Would stay here again

Great family vacation! This house has everything and more! It was so spacious! We never felt like we were in each others way. We had a 7month, 2 year old ,3 teenagers and 6 adults! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! The pool was such a hit ! And let’s just say the outside shower was a nice addition to keep sand out of house and pool. We can’t say enough about this and are trying to get my husband to book next year! Thank you!

Year 2 - can’t wait for another trip

This was our second year staying at Billy’s property in cape May, and it continued to woo us and have everything our family of 9 needed for this years trip. Everyone had ample space, the beach box was a high light for us this year! And the pool and hot tub keep us all comfortable the whole time. The walk to the beach is quick, beach carts to help, having bikes ready for guests is just wonderful as well. What can we not say about this home? It’s perfect, we hope we can continue to return year after year!

Why go anywhere else?

We had such an amazing time! The hot tub and pool were a huge highlight. The kitchen is top notch, the private chef we brought to the house was floored! There’s ample fridge space for the amount of food you need for how many it sleeps. It’s also a great location, right near the beach and a mild walk to downtown! We almost never took Ubers and most of the time we thought
”why go to a bar when we have a hot tub?” So it was pivotal in our trip!! Would seriously rent again which is saying a lot because I love trying out new things but if it works

We had a wonderful time!

The house was exactly as photographed and the rooms were as large as they appeared in pictures, honestly, even larger than imagined. However, the walls are paper thin - while going to sleep upstairs one night in the top floor primary suite, we could hear the conversations of others sitting around the pool as if they were right outside our 3rd story window. Also, when we showed up, the floors were a little dirty and the vacuum we found was spitting everything it vacuumed back out - luckily we found a broom and did not mind sweeping the main floor a little.

Everything was as advertised we had a great time - all 11 of our family together for Thanksgiving. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. House had everything we needed and was a pleasure. A great place for a larger gathering.

All Girls weekend 2024

House was beautiful all the necessities that you would need in the kitchen pot pans coffee makers, Quality sheets and comforters one comment at the girls on the first floor mentioned that another mirror would be helpful. There was only one in the bathroom and if someone was there, you couldn’t check yourselves

Cape May annual high school reunion

Great! We needed the elevator as we are 72-73 yrs old and feeling our age. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of beds to pick from. Having a Keurig and regular coffee maker was appreciated. Thank you for having beach chairs and towels. The only thing that bothered us was the presence of many tiny flying insects.

Hot tub, heated pool, and elevator were important as we are all close to or over 70 and they were heavenly. We were all able to navigate easily to and from the three floors and the pool/spa areas. Entire house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a lot of attention to detail, i.e. kitchen is well equipped, pillows and afghans are plentiful and lovely, bathrooms have all the necessary supplies. It was a pleasure to vacation here!

An Outstanding Family Vacation

An outstanding house; as advertised it was new construction so all new appliances. Only a 3œ-block walk to the beach and as a bonus (along with many other amenities) the house supplies beach tags for thirteen adults (no tags required for children under twelve years). Our grandchildren (and some of their parents) LOVED the backyard pool. Beach towels are at the house, beach chairs are in a locker at the beach; the house has three floors for six bedrooms but also has an elevator which was extremely helpful for luggage; coffee makers with coffee, the list goes on; the host/owner was ultra-responsive for the few mundane questions we had; very large driveway and spacious garage, although on-street parking is free, unlike the area closer to "downtown" Cape May; the center of town (ie Washington Street Mall) is about a twenty-minute walk which is about the only less-than-glowing comment I could make. We will definitely look to stay here again in future years.

Awesome Week

Size & floorplan worked great for our family group of 7 adults and 2 children. Loved that bedding, towels, & beach towels were provided. Lovely pool/spa enjoyed by all in our party and super convenient beach box access. Needs some interior paint refreshing to cover scuffed walls, maybe some upgrading of plastic dinnerware to glass/ceramic, a shade umbrella for lounge area on pool patio, and shorter passcode for door. Excellent weather, location, and time had by all. Thanks to Billy for outstanding communications.
