About the Home:
This adorable and inviting beach cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests, making it an ideal retreat for families, small groups, or even a romantic getaway. The space includes two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s also a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space.

The open-concept kitchen is beautifully appointed, offering everything you need to cook up your favorite meals. Whether you're preparing a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. After a day of beachcombing or sightseeing, you’ll love coming back to a clean and well-organized space.

The bathroom features a full tub/shower combo, offering a relaxing spot to unwind after a day in the sun. And for those who prefer to rinse off after a beach day, there’s an outdoor shower, perfect for shaking off sand and saltwater while enjoying the fresh air.

Just 7 houses from the Delaware Bay, the cottage is ideally located for beach access. Spend your days exploring the shoreline, or sit back and relax while taking in the spectacular sunsets that the Delaware Bay is famous for. The area is a hidden gem for nature lovers, with plenty of opportunities for birdwatching, fishing, and beachcombing.

If you're looking to explore the local culture, the historic Coast Guard base and surrounding historic area are just 6.5 miles away, offering plenty of opportunities for sightseeing and learning about the region’s rich history.

Pet-Friendly:
We understand that pets are part of the family, so we welcome one small dog to join you on your vacation. There is a $150 pet fee, and please note that the dog breed must be approved by the owner in advance. Your furry friend will love the spacious yard and the short walk to the beach for playtime!
