The space
Your Vacation Home has stylish, mid century modern furnishings, an amazing saltwater pool with grotto style, tropical waterfall, palm trees, & is less than a ten minute drive to downtown and Tarpon Point! The home is across the street from the beautiful views of the Caloosahatchee River as you walk or bike along the quiet street. The fenced back yard, mango, and palm trees around the home, make for an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. Enjoy the close proximity to hiking trails around the corner at the Rotary Park as well as being close to the Tarpon Point Marina shops and restaurants. Plus, we have 6 bikes included in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay!
Book this fully renovated home boasting 2 King Bed master suites! One luxury suite on the right side of the home, and the other in the back left corner, both of which have private access doors out to the pool and outdoor kitchen.
One guest room has a queen bed while the other guest room has a bunk bed with one single and one full size bed. Each bedroom has its own television along with custom California style closets for great organization of your gear and clothing.
The additional den provides a second living area with smart TV, stylish fold down futon couch (perfect for an afternoon snooze) and a view of the waterfall and pool area!
The laundry room provides a full size washer and dryer set along with a sink and counter top space for washing by hand if needed. We also provide laundry detergent for your stay.
This Home is located just a short drive to shopping, amazing restaurants and nightlife. The neighborhood is quiet and off the main road right next to the open water of the river. For lunch and dinner, be sure to grab the best Gyro in town at The Greek Spot or some amazing brisket at the Big 8 BBQ. For some great seafood or dining, be sure to check out The Lobster Lady or Duvalâs, all within an easy quick 5-10 minute drive from the house. Marker 92, Gather and Pinchers restaurants are just a short 5 minute drive around the preserve over in the Tarpon Point Marina complex.
We provide sheets, towels, beach towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish washer pods, coffee and creamer for every guest. There also is an iron and ironing board available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, travel tooth paste, a hair dryer, hand towels, and at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Please use extra caution to ensure safety around the pool area at all times. Remember, no diving in the pool, no running around the pool and do not climb or hang on the waterfall. It is there for decoration and not meant to support weight. There is pool safety fence around the covered lanai as well.
* TELEVISIONS
The two King bedrooms and the queen bedroom all have smart TVâs and the living room TV has cable TV along with being a smart TV for streaming apps.
Guests who stay have full access to the entire space with no shared space. The garage space is available but most guests typically just use the driveway.

TOILETRIES - We are happy to always provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival including 2-3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there is one Ring doorbell at the front door on the exterior of the house.
POOL HEATER - See the Guest Access section for info on optional pool heater increased temperature charges if you like to have the pool extra toasty! We keep it set at 82 degrees but you can have it increased to a maximum of 88 degrees with a small extra charge.
POOL, LAWN, PEST CONTROL
*** Please note, we do have pool service, lawn service, and a pest control service that come on a somewhat regular basis. The pool service typically happens on Wednesday and the lawn is typically cut on Tuesdays. The pest control company comes once a quarter and when needed. Please feel free to say hi to them when you see them.

** Covid-19 Update - We have an excellent cleaning team that will spend significant extra time in between guests to ensure the house is well aired out and fully wiped down & disinfected. **
** Hurricane Ian Update - this home sits high and had no flooding or interior damage. The fence has been completely replaced since the storm and is all brand new and looking good. **
Guest access
We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. You and your guests will have full private access to the entire house, pool, fenced yard & outdoor space.
* GUEST WIFI
The WiFi network is âCape Oasisâ. You will get the password from the booking site, if you do not for any reason, please feel free to message me. Also there is a sign on the counter in the kitchen that shows the name and password.
* CHECK-IN TIMES
Check-In time is 4pm or later.
Check-out time is 11am at the latest.
(Please be aware that cleaning and unit turn-over typically takes approximately 4-5 hours in between guests. Check out after 11 am will incur additional fees).
* OUTDOOR LIGHTING
The front of the house has a porch light and two additional lights on the front of the garage. Outback there are 3 sconce lights on the rear of the house that lights up the patio and area. There are 2 ceiling fans with lights in the lanai area. There also is an LED color changing lights inside the waterfall that automatically turn on at night.
* BBQ GRILLE
The grille on the patio has a propane tank ready to go. If that one empties, there is a second full tank in the grille area. If you do need to switch the tanks, please just send us a message to let us know so that we can plan to refill the empty tank after your stay.
* POOL AREA LIGHTING
The âin-poolâ light switch is located in the patio side wall next to the door that goes into the second master bedroom. At that same location there is also a switch that turns on the flood light for the yard outside of the pool area in the back of the house.
The lights for the grill and outdoor table area are located inside the house on the wall next to the exterior double French doors.
* POOL HEATER
The pool is heated and always set to 82 degrees. In the Summer, the sun may heat the pool additionally to over 82 degrees F. We try to keep the listing updated with the current specific temperature on a weekly basis. If you would like to use the heater and increase the temperature to more than 82 degrees with a maximum of 88 degrees, please let us know. We charge an extra $15 per day fee for the additional heating. Be sure to let us know ahead of time so that we can have it ready on the day you check in. After finalizing payment through VRBO for using the pool heater, if you are already checked in, we will turn it up to your desired temperature. Keep in mind that the heater will typically add 3 to 4 degrees of heat per day until it gets up to the desired temperature. The amount of increase does vary depending on the outdoor weather conditions. 2 to 3 degrees is the minimum amount of added temperature per day. It certainly can increase more with sunny, hot days
