Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. 3 minutes to the north of the home you will find the Surfside Shops with multiple more restaurants, a Starbucks, a farmers’ market, an ice cream place, and much more.
Great parks, several pickleball courts as well as golf courses are also just a few minutes away.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager, Charlie. During your stay, Charlie can always be reached via phone or by email.

In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can certainly change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
