Sleeps 7. Owners allow one dog up to 50 lbs. We ask for pre-approval, please. A pet fee of $80 might apply.


We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.

Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.

Villa Solara is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral. It is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. 3 minutes to the north of the home you will find the Surfside Shops with multiple more restaurants, a Starbucks, a farmers’ market, an ice cream place, and much more.
Great parks, several pickleball courts as well as golf courses are also just a few minutes away.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
