Good to Know:
- Starter essentials provided: basic toiletries, paper products, detergents, and trash bags. Guests replenish items as needed.
- Pool heating available for $25/day (optional add-on)
- To keep the property in excellent condition for our guests, routine maintenance is performed as follows:
Pool Service: Every Wednesday, typically between 12:00–2:00 PM
Lawn Service: Wednesday afternoon, every other week during the dry season (winter) and every week during the rainy season (summer).
- Note the irrigation system runs automatically every Monday and Thursday from 12am to 4am.
- AC Maintenance & Pest Control: Performed on the 1st week of every month. Access required to the garage only.
- Security Cameras on Property: For the safety and security of our guests and property, please note that outdoor security cameras are installed: One camera facing the front driveway and one Ring doorbell camera at the front door. These cameras monitor and record only exterior areas. No cameras are located inside the home.
- Host needs to be advised of any additional guest beforehand. Total number of guests cannot exceed 8.
- NO smoking or Vaping on the property premises.
- Please note that a $220 deep cleaning fee will be applied to all reservations of 20 days or longer and will be charged prior to check-out.
- A BBQ grill is available for your use during your stay. We kindly ask that you clean the grill thoroughly after each use. If the grill is left uncleaned at checkout, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to your reservation.
