All guests are required to review and electronically sign our Terms and Conditions, submit a signed rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID prior to arrival. The access code to the home will be shared 2–4 days before check-in, once all required documents are received and final payment has been made.
Please note that access to the home may be restricted until all documentation is completed.

The credit card fee is non-refundable at all times, but all other charges are fully refundable per our cancellation policy.
NOTE: The security of our guest's is our priority.
This home futures one security camera exterior facing the driveway that records video and audio. Doorbell on the front door also records audio and video. Both outdoor cameras are active during the guest stay.The property is secured by ADT alarm system and the ADT touchscreen panel is located in the laundry room. The ADT system is disarmed during the guest stay, but the system is active.

The maximum occupancy cannot be extended!!
Only the guests listed on the vacation rental shall use the property.

* We understand that pets are cherished family members, and at Villa Sun-kissed, we gladly welcome your furry friends (dogs only,) upon request. Max. number of dogs: 1 ( 25 lbs or less). An additonal non refundable pet fee will apply.
A penalty will apply for any unregistered dogs in the reservation.
The gust will be asked to review and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours after they book.
