Villa Dream Escape is the perfect refuge for up to 6 guests who want to relax in southwest Cape Coral – right next to lush palm trees and one of the city´s many canals.

In total, this vacation home features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. A queen-size bed and another TV are found in the second bedroom, while two single beds are located in the third one. 2 bathrooms are available for guests.

In the living area, plenty of natural light, modern furniture and charming deco elements please the eye. Here, you can unwind on leather sofas and enjoy movies on a flat-screen TV. If you like to read in a cozy ambience, you will love the sitting area with electric fireplace.

Everything you need for your meals is available in the kitchen. Amenities include a large refrigerator, oven, stove plates, microwave, dishwasher and a whole range of utensils. In addition, the kitchen counter is extra-spacious, so your whole family can join in on the cooking.

You can either dine at the living room table or in the roofed section of the lanai. With a soothing breeze and the view of Cape Coral´s canal, it will taste even better. Sun chairs and a lounge area also grace the lanai. Liddle tadpoles can use the pool at any weather, and in the evening, the jacuzzi offers steaming relaxation. In addition, there is a gas grill for barbecues.

The villa features a quiet and peaceful, yet central location. In just 5 minutes, you can drive to the supermarkets Publix and Walmart – and to the restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway. 2.5 miles to the south, Tarpon Point Marina offers additional options for a night out. What is more, Cape Coral´s popular Sun Splash Family Waterpark can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Or how about a bike ride? You are more than welcome to use the villa´s bicycles.

Thanks to its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico, Cape Coral is a perfect place for boaters. The villa features a boat dock and is located right next to a saltwater canal. Thus, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River in just 15 minutes – and head for scenic spots like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island. To make your trip even better, the villa provides beach chairs, coolers and parasols.
