Villa Blue Lagoon is decorated with contemporary art in a modern european style. The bright, light-flooded rooms create a special feel-good atmosphere.

Take a deep breath and experience film-like sunrises on the spacious terrace. With a view of the extensive canal intersection and the pool, early risers are greeted with breathtaking colors over the water and palm tree tops rustling in the wind. Comfortable sun loungers and a cozy lounge invite you to relax and enjoy the sun on this wonderful piece of earth until late in the afternoon. With a last glass after a convivial barbecue, you can end the day relaxed. Immerse yourself in the heated pool, which is operated with salt and water technology that is gentle on the skin and hair. The pool has LED lighting, which you can set in different colors depending on your mood. Numerous pool toys are available.

The open, fully furnished and very well equipped eat-in kitchen meets the most modern requirements. With a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, you can make the perfect coffee at sunrise.
High-performance WiFi and cable TV are freely available on Internet TV. Apple TV and a DVD player are also included.

The Villa Blue Lagoon has four tastefully furnished bedrooms (two of them with TV) with five beds. It is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups of friends. The master bedroom and the first guest room offer direct pool access and an overwhelming water view. The house has two bathrooms with shower / toilet.

Two kayaks with life jackets are available for exploring the extensive surroundings. Use is free of charge and is at your own risk. If you want to maintain or improve your training status during the holidays, fitness enthusiasts can use the in-house garage gym for a short workout. This has various ergometers (Concept2 Rower, Concept2 Bike, Air Bike), a pull-up rig, yoga mat and a medicine ball, for a nice full body workout.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

You are not far to some hotspots. The beautiful Cape Harbor with many restaurants, ice cream shop and cafes is less than a five-minute drive away from your vacation residence. Good shopping and other popular restaurants are also very easy to reach.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
