This home has direct Gulf Access, and it is a boater's dream location with it s boat lift and being pet friendly.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a cozy, well designed and open vacation home.
Vida del Aqua features comfortable décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two Queen size beds and one King size bed.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortably in this relaxed set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious design with a great floor plan that combines the large kitchen with its island, living room and dining room in one great open space.
Upon entering the home, you are in the center of the home. The hallway offers privacy for the 3 bedrooms as they are located on the right side of the home. Sliding doors open to the covered lanai with a great pool. The southern facing pool with its boat dock offers plenty of space for fishing or water animals watching.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peace.
